Daugherty will work with our employees to support preferred work locations – from our offices, working from home, or a hybrid.  Our core markets include: Saint Louis, MO (HQ); Atlanta, GA; Minneapolis, MN; Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; Dallas, TX; Franklin Lakes, NJ.

 

We will support remote locations – preferred in Eastern or Central time zones.

Occasional travel will be expected for client meetings, sales team meetings, and other in-person events.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Engagement: Master our solutions and apply them to solve complex business challenges, growing revenue and expanding our footprint.
    • Sales Strategy: Drive lead generation, manage your sales pipeline, and execute customer engagement strategies within a collaborative team setting.
    • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with client executives, from mid-management to C-suite, and influence go-to-market strategies.
    • Thought Leadership: Offer insights that lead the sales process and contribute to the overall objectives of the client and delivery teams.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Energetic and Ambitious: A motivated go-getter who learns quickly, thrives on problem-solving, and is excited about our proprietary sales methods.
  • Exceptional Communicator: A “storyteller” who can articulate successes and solutions with clarity and professionalism, exhibiting high-level business acumen.
  • Organized and Driven: Methodical approach with excellent prioritization, negotiation skills, and a self-driven attitude towards achieving high output.
  • Adaptable and Collaborative: Work well with technical experts, show a willingness to learn and coach, and tackle new challenges with enthusiasm and an entrepreneurial spirit.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 5 years in the information technology industry and 3 years in sales/business development or account management, focusing on growth and client success.
  • You’ve sold: Outcome-based technology solutions including Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Agile Development, and Strategic Consulting Services.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background.
  • Client Exposure: Proven track record with Fortune 500 level clients.
