Title

Salesforce Administrator

Overview

The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for assisting in the administration, configuration, and support of our Salesforce platform, ensuring its optimal functionality and alignment with business processes. This is a collaborative and detail-oriented role with interaction across multiple areas of the organization to enhance user experience, drive system improvements, and contribute to the overall success of the organization. A business-oriented approach with the passion to learn internal processes is key.

 

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage Salesforce user profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings.
  • Provide support to users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and offering guidance.
  • Assist in training of new users and grow Salesforce skillset across organization.
  • Design and build custom reports, dashboards, and other visualization to meet business reporting needs.
  • Maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, flows, Lightning pages, etc.
  • Import, export, and manipulate data within Salesforce using data loader tools.
  • Create and maintain thorough documentation on processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Assist with QA & implementation of new features and add-ons from Salesforce releases as well as custom internal enhancements.
  • Gather needs and requirements of the business and assist in design of high quality solutions in Salesforce via custom objects, custom fields, workflows and processes.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of advanced automation using tools like Flow and automation.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity through ongoing data cleanup, duplicate record management and validation activities.
  • Maintain healthy and organized Salesforce production and sandbox environments so that users get the most out of the platform.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, developing implementation plans as appropriate.
  • Continuously work to improve knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator Certifications
  • 4-7 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with experience in Flows, Dynamic Pages, Einstein Activity Capture, CRM Analytics, Revenue Intelligence, Tableau Reporting
  • Experience in sales and/or marketing environment with a working knowledge of sales and marketing processes, such as in-depth knowledge of CRM systems and proven ability to meet reporting/visualization, and processing needs of the sales team.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Gives and welcomes feedback; Puts success of team above own interests
  • Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills; Works to obtain additional certifications

 

Compensation Range

$110,000 to $150,000
